Tip for those having trouble manteling in the first window from the pipe in the start and back into the hallway to your place in the end.

you need to mantel from a crouched position then crouch again real quick..its tough but do-able. I had to do the same thing to get back in the hallway to my apartment.

Ok, first let me say, thanks for your comments. To read that people like it, after working so long on it, is a good feeling;).
Sorry to those, who have some problems even though the fm was tested.

I will try to answer some questions(with my excellent Oxford english of course:p)

There must be a lootlist, check this if you want all the loot.

The first open window( if you left your appartment) you need a ropearrow when you later come back. The second window(above the pub) you need a ropearrow too.(There must be 3 in your inventory)

The balkony, use the pipes, than on the left there is a ladder.

The Lift behind the second pub has not really a function. It just brings the guests up to the appartments.

The great balkony with the hammerite is just for the atmosphere.

Someone ask where is Santa, well he isn't in town anymore.

The closed gate near the first pub. There is nothing and you can't get there.
