Well, if it's not we'll all probably just sigh unhappily and spend the next two weeks convincing each other that if they had made it, it would have been horrible.

Worst case scenario: It goes ahead, it looks promising and all the fans are excited and pleased. Then the project gets axed a few years into development. :p

This will be really bad... I hope we will see a Thief 4 finished as soon as possible... Not after a few years. Otherwise, after we see the Imperium, the next CoSaS mission, The Dark Mod campaign (which can be finished before Thief 4), the interest in Thief 4 will quickly disappear.

To belatedely add my 2 cents...
I liked House on Haunted Hill, I loved The Cradle, I loved TDS, and I'd far rather have a T4 ala TDS than no T4.
- As long as they get rope arrows and swimmable water right this time, and dont break anything else. I honestly believe that if those two things had been present in TDS, that most other complaints would have been swallowed with perhaps a few small hiccups.
