Well he did make Rose Cottage which was IMO much better and still of stunning quality even today.

Rose Cottage was an excellent retirement mission. Though it still leaves me craving more!

Seventh Crystal is still a great mission, but Rose Cottage is his masterpiece. While horror missions aren't my favorite type of missions I quite liked it and the more I progressed the better it got. That's something that can't be said of many missions.
I think it's terrible that he has retired but I understand the trouble making a mission, especially of this quality.
So here's a well deserved toast for Saturnine from me!

He only retired insofar as he went into the gaming industry and most contracts take ownership of anything an employee makes in his/her own time (or something like that). But he's now an independent so you never know what the future might bring.

I've said it before but I would love an entire game with The Rose Cottage's paranormal investigation theme. Even a point and click adventure game would be awesome.
