That game was one fucking dissapointment. I couldn't believe a Doom modification could get that BORING and HARD! It wasn't even challenging fun, it was just a boring tough game, as horrendous as a remake can get.

I played the first three. Barely.
And I tried to like it, but then I realize that I was just trying to lie to myself.
Even though, the architecture is splendid, it just isn't Doom for me.

I hated Z1M1 and still do. But it gets better, oh so much better, once you get into the later levels.
Very difficult, though, I agree, but playable, unlike Alien Vendetta or Hell Revealed.

Hadn't heard of Kdiz, thanks for the heads up. This has probably been the longest gap that I haven't played doom since I first got it. Actually, bullshit, I play Memento Mori 2 on my phone sometimes.
