Just completed Ultimate torment and torture, thanks for mentioning it. It was a fun 3-4 hour ride, except for what I can only assume was a bug at the end of the cursed peak level which meant I couldn't finish it and had to warp to the next map. What exactly are you supposed to do after hitting that switch underground and killing the ghosts? I scoured the map several times, eventually cheating in a fullmap and noclipping all around the map without finding an exit.

Is it that arctic base? Think theres a lil switch appearing in one of the halls which opens a wall next to it or something, took me abit to find that too since it was like coming outta the floor behind some boxes. Iirc you even need to go to the previous level via the level transition you came in at first for that (the ghost thing is in that magma pit area (?) and you gotta go back to the base bit or something), not very apparent either. If not, no idea. Didnt hit any bugs at all myself. v:erg:v
