1.When will the German multiplayer patch be available?
2.I'm a beginner so what skills and augs should I take and in what order?

I would say the rifle skill and cloak aug are most important. Following that, maybe the pistol skill and ballistic protection aug. Only minimal computer skill is necessary- just enough to hack in to the machines. Install the power recycler, it's not exciting, but it cuts resource consumption. And I liked the swimming aug.
Be sure to acquire mastery in rifle, because the sniper rifle soon becomes the most useful weapon. And there are areas containing, uh, "creatures," which you can walk right through, if you have cloak. I remember this ability being important in System Shock 2, also.

Thanks, does anyone know when the German patch is comming out...or will it be comming?

AFAIK the current Multiplayer patch is still in beta status, once they issue the final version I'm sure the German version will come out.
