Of course, there's a good chance someone will buy someone a game that they already own OFF of Steam. Not really sure if there's any way to avoid that, unless everyone here has a digital listing of their game collection (I do!).

That's bound to happen yeah. If you do have a listing please share, but that's not such a big deal. People will probably find an arrangement to make.
