Happy New Year fellow TTLGers!
Truthfully, 2014 wasn't all that bad for me or my family, family feuds notwithstanding, of course. I celebrated-in 2015 without even knowing I'd done so; I was busy playing Far Cry 4. I had babysitting duty for a couple of my grandkids and since they were nestled snug in their beds, I figured I had a little 'me time' coming. ;) I got all the partying and drinking myself stupid on NYE out of my system years ago. Besides, here in our little corner of the world New Year's Eve is known as 'Amateur's Night' and you really don't want to be on the roads after 9 p.m. You have a better chance at survival trying to take out Pagan Min's fortress than driving anywhere on NYE in this area. (Well, maybe I'm exaggerating just a tad.)
Wishing the best of everything to all my TTLG friends in the coming year!
I love you guys! <3

I burned a lot of money in the sky for three screaming little girls who were louder that anything Black Cat makes. Mostly just sparkling grapejuice then but after they left it drifted harder. Champagne in mimosas and some Moscato spumante or some girly stuff so it didn't drift much but I had damaged myself on Fireball whiskey at Christmas so that was okay. That stuff goes down like liquid fire candy. Anyway, at the risk of sounding gay, I hope none of you get eaten by a tiger or anything.

Champagne is lovely, but it's not a value drink. You can happily spend half as much and get a Cava that is equally nice, or spend the same amount on premium English sparkling wine, a superior product.

I'm sure it is. I live in France and asked a colleague which one to get. I just don't enjoy fizzy wine I guess and I don't get why champagne is a particular one as they all taste like small variations on the same theme to me.
