My friend can't start this program written by Nameless Voice. He's got an error:
Quote:
Run-time Error 13: Type mismatch
He needs it to convert custom body carry model - unfortunately the syntaxis of command line for MeshBld is completely unknown for the case.
I can't start it myself on another computer - it asks me for some missing file.
Looks like the program is a bit out of date. Is there any solution?

No, I was expressing disbelief at your notion that there is a positive correlation between the reliability of software and its age. Especially, in this case, software that's only 8 years old.

I think things might change quite alot in 8 years

The program is just a graphic shell, it uses some common libraries, and the default set of libraries changes too often (in my opinion). We can't start graphic shell only, all useful programs (like meshbld, bsp and n3ds2bin) work correctly.
BTW, 2009 version works the same way. It needs MSCOMCTL.OCX to start. So the problem is not solved yet.
