Very true. Sorry I should have said that these aren't tiled, at least not what I've seen. But with high res of lots of the same environment, it's ideal if your situation doesn't require them to tile but to be just placed.

Sorry, although the textures are free to use, that site's terms clearly state that

So putting them in your mission ZIP file would violate that. Of course if you modify them slightly...

Correct me if I'm wrong but that is just saying not to redistribute in the same fashion - hosted in a package or singularly on a site or media. If it's apart of your works, ie an asset in a mod, it's fine. They don't even care if it's commercial, they just don't want someone else making a profit from them by doing what they are doing but for free.

You may be right about that, I don't know. I've always assumed "redistribute" means to release in any form to the public, be it another texture pack or a work which makes use of them.

I mean, you can open my psd and pull out the photo I used but, that's not distributing it if I had over a psd. I'm not making a pack any way, but as you said earlier, "Of course if you modify them slightly..." is right, you have to make it divisible dromed friendly textures.
