Thanks. I also couldn't find the secret room in the shed.
I thought it was a little odd that the last objective (get to the lower part of the city streets) gets ticked even if you do it before finishing the other objectives, although it seems to get unticked if you return to the house. Was this intentional?

This happens with several missions but it is not critical.
In fact this can help you - you know where you have to go to when you
accomplish all goals.
