Interesting that they have 10 year terms there, I didn't know that. I always thought 4 years wasn't quite long enough for a President to really get rolling, but 10 is a looooong time if things are going bad.

Ten years is rather short by dictator standards though. Usually they just stay in for life. China is a little unique with its rotating dictator system.
