I stumbled across this today and find it a novel idea.
I especially enjoy the Super Mario paint job, somehow seems fititng.

What an idea for getting in shape. Run around like you did when you were a kid without your parents yelling at you to get off the roof of the house and to move the trampoline back towards the middle of the yard.
Granted. I'm a good 30 hours drive from SoCal and could stand to lose another 40 - 50 lbs to get back to my pre-marriage, svelte self BEFORE attempting this, but I'm interested in the concept.
Anybody here from California heard of / seen / been to this place? I guess it just opened a few months ago

Seen this before, looks pretty cool. But freerunning destroyed my feet, so I doubt I'll be doing it again in this lifetime.

I think that says it all. you kinda need to already be in shape to do this. This isn't for the average out of shape person trying to get some exercise.

Depends on whether you enjoy dislocated shoulders, sprained ankles and full speed faceplanting

Injury is a hazard that comes with any physical activity.
That shit is really fun. Too bad I don't live anywhere near close.

Some of those forward lunges look like prime territory for facial dislocation.

Don't be dense, this seems essentially like any extreme sport in that there is going to be an extra large dose of pain at the start of the learning curve, especially if you didn't start young.
