One tool I stopped using long ago is TOW. I was able to use TOW in my first mission or so, but since then I haven't been able to get it to run. I wouldn't credit New Dark obviously but I've been manually entering objectives which hasn't been a big deal.

You could always try (
http://www.ttlg.com/forums/showthread.php?t=145938) GoalMaster if you want something to make it easier. GM also generates goals.str, and lets you rearrange goals (if you use its native format to store them).

I used GM for our Chalice missions and it's indeed a great tool.

GM sounds like a dream come true. Objectives are my biggest nightmare. Will definitely use it when I am doing objectives for my current mission.
