A funny thing happened on the way to Postal 2... - by gunsmoke

I was installing the Postal 2 Fudge Pack ed. just now. As the installer was running, I noticed a file named SYSTEMSHOCKGEN.utx being installed. Being a complete freak for all things System Shock, I did an internet search for any info related to the file, and instead came up short.
Just wondering if anyone had any information on what the heck that could be. Thanks in advance.

Copy it into your system shock directory and when you start a new game you get to play as Shodan...

Eh? .utx? That was the extension for texture packs in the Unreal Engine. You could try opening it in the Texture Browser if you have an Unreal Editor handy and see if that's the case.

Well, I found out it has to do with the Mortal Kombat playable game in the arcade.

Aww you're making me wish I brought my Postal 2 disk when I moved up here...
"I know what you're thinking, but the funny thing is, I don't even like video games." hahaha

Hate to burst any bubbles but I'm going to assume they meant the general term "system shock", as unfortunately it wasn't coined by our lovely game.
