I usually get errors about scene complexity and "too many polygons in queue" :erg:

This was new to me today. Fortunately it was once and only once (knock wood).

When I reloaded the file (I had saved just before Complete Processing), I sacrificed a young goat, crossed my fingers and tried it again. This time no worries! I did it a second time just to be sure before saving that version.

That might be caused if 'Game Mode Settings' has neither hardware nor software selected.
