I have noticed usually blonde or red-headed women in the army. Maybe it's just a matter of suitability.

But has anyone noticed a woman with black hair in TDS? I cannot remember quite now... what about TDP/TMA?

TDP/TMA, I believe only Viktoria and Truart have black hair (not including the Fire Shadows, heh heh). There are several variations of dark brown.

There are dark-haired women in TDS, you just don't meet their NPC that often...
