I had a bit of trouble finding that one too. Walk a bit farther down the street (W) past the the steaming pipe and the barrel. There's an alcove with a painted door at the end on the left (S). Look for a teeny, tiny boulder down in the corner to the left of the door to frob.

Great. I just uploaded v1.2 to Jason's site. Hopefully it will be up in the next day or two. I still had lag in v1.1, and traced it to the swinging pawn shop sign. Now it no longer swings, and the face is now a Psychic sign like it was supposed to be. This will be the last update.
