Bobber,
Go back to the place where you started!
Duh! Thanks!
Great FM. I just love being able to explore everywhere.
BTW, can you do more than just
observe the underground thieves meeting?
bobber,
Place yourself at the window, lean forward and pull the lever.
That should do the trick!

Haven't finished this yet so I'm not reading through the posts, but I wanted to mention the whole
Wind chime thing
I thought it was great. Kept me and my kids occupied for a whole couple of hours working out where it came from. Really unique idea and well implemented.

OK - I seem to be the only person who can't find a key to the tower to get the windchimes! Can someone help me - the book says it's in the bedroom where the locked door is - but I frobbed EVERYWHERE and can't find it! HELP!!

The key is indeed *in* the room. And you evidently did not frob everywhere ;)
Closely examine the ceiling! Especially where you may need a rope...
Thanks, Cal - I actually went back and found TeeMac's post about it - I had looked around up there, but I guess I just didn't get the right spot at first.
For those who want to know exactly where it is:
Rope up by the window and look in the upper right corner for a hidden switch - it opens a panel by the light switch in the room
Loved the level - my only complaint is that the Blacksmith's window:
was WAY too hard to find, since it didn't look like a breakable window and I could not see any bedroom near it to indicate it was the right one
But aside from that, cool City level!

Loving this one so much I don't want to leave until I've found every secret and 95% of the loot. 1 secret I just can't get - I know where it is but my jumping skills aren't up to it. I'm now stuck
looking for the mages area. I've read the spoilers but I just can't find it. I'm currently lurking near the fishmongers.
Any instructions for someone more dense than the rest?
Forget that - I don't give up easily - it's hard to find though.
But I still wouldn't mind finding the
gas arrow
ShadowWolf421 on 6/9/2005 at 22:02
where is the secret
in the fishmonger's
?
a hint or two please?
One gas arrow is above a passage.

The passage connects the area around the police to the canal area.

You can mount it from the canal side.

There is a building next door to the fish monger. Look closely at the (textured) front door.
