"Dark Descent" is, at worst, bland. Yeah it's a descent...
into darkness. Fairly typical imagery. Ho-hum, we get it.
"A Machine for Pigs", on the other hand, brings to mind all manner of ridiculous, cartoonish, not-at-all-scary images. Aww, look at the cute little piggy with his fantabulous contraption! Oink oink squeee!

Actually I mostly just think of how much I want to cram thechineseroom's lungs full of toxic dooks, but that's neither here nor there.

I'm a huge NIN fan.. and the first thing that came to mind when I saw "A Machine for Pigs" was Lord of the Flies.

I sooo can't wait for this. I was worried when they announced the dear Esther team was working on this.(sorry that wasn't a game, that was a desktop wallpaper sim) But the trailer just looks freaking awesome
