Usually when my friends and I play TF2 or whatever MP game we're into that week we just make up retarded clan names to use. My personal favorites are {URRRRRRR} and {DVDA}.
In regards to marijuana (or any other drug) use I doubt the percentage of potheads who are totally retarded is any different than the percentage of the general population who have their heads up their collective ass. Then again, if you have '420' in your username, you probably are a waste. I couldn't imagine, like, playing something online with the username OMGIAMTRIPPINGBALLSHERE or some shit. If I had to choose between making fun of someone named RastaMan420 or LGSThiefFan01 I'm not sure who I'd pick, though.
