I'm sorry to put people off as well, but, come on people! Good freakin lord, we love the game, but, come on. You can't seriously take what he says is true. How gullable can you be?
He was joking, good fucking lord..........
/me goes off to drink more wine. Fuck it. Man I have become so god damn cynical in my old age. :weird: :p
I have no patience anymore....
Pav no shit woman, I loved his post! Grrrr........I already have my candles and torches lit. I lub my torches.

Great BA!! We can light our candles & torches & have a few drinks in honor of the dearly departed disk! :ebil:

Any excuse to light candles and drink wine is good enough for me. Instead of throwing our wine glasses into the fireplace, I'll break a blank CD and throw it in to honor the occasion. Well, I'll think about doing it anyway.

Let's face it. Satire, sarcasm and basic humor are becoming a lost art, and those few of us who appreciate such are rapidly dwindling in numbers.
That's OK fett I've got my candles burning (the last forever votive type), and a bottle of Jack Daniels # 7. Sorry. I do have the wine, but this calls for some SERIOUS drinking.

Yeah, I see that.... I don't know him. How the fuck should I know if he's fucking joking? Again, I'm not that stupid I was just not quite sure, I wanted to make sure he wasn't serious before laughing. But now I understand. So excuse me for trying to be understanding.:erg:

I hope this incident yielded a heartfelt, traffic stopping and bird flock scattering "NOOOOoooooooo!!!", for it most certainly should.

I hang my head in sorrow and mutter something about those crazy Hammers. How can they believe in the Builder when there is so much evil in the world? How can they praise someone who let phonographic records split in half?
"Those crazy Hammers... You know it wouldn't hurt to have a few dozen heavily armed fanatics on my side just about now. If I dropped by their temple and explained things, maybe they'll be so distracted by the destroyed record, that they would help me kill the Victrola in a fit of rage."
*Qolelis shakes his fist to the skies, frustrated* "Curse your eyes, taffer!"
A moment of silence later:
It was a good record, may it rest in peace!

The same happened with me a few months ago.
My original Thief 2 disc cut into pieces inside the cd rom :(. I felt sad for a few days, really. All those years used with so much pleasure, and suddenly it's gone (luckily i had another copy).
Maybe the drive got tired to chew the same stuff all the time :p
Seems like this isn't as rare as i thought, reading about others with the same experience.
