I can't get either version of this mission to work for me . I get a black screen and the mouse does some real funky stuff with my items . Help !

Hmmm . We need somebody to upload that fixed version .

Komag has the fixed version of "A Mother's Love" up now, replacing the old version. Works just fine . . . Happy Taffing!

Good to have a correct version. By the way, after portalizing in Dromed, the mission works just fine.
By the way, what do you think about this mission? Personally I loved it!!! I'm not sure if the mission wins, there is a strong competition, but it's definiately in my personal top 5. What do you think?
You don't have to fight the monsters. You frob the opposite crystals, you watch the monsters fighting and collect gems. hehe
I love it, too!:thumb:
Did you find the secret garden? Lots of fun stuff in there! :ebil:

Nope, nope... Where is it?
Small Hint:
Check the room with the bed and the crates
Big Hint:
Look for a vine on the wall
Biggest Hint:
Jump onto the vine and climb it like a ladder up through the hole in the ceiling :) Enjoy!
Also,
Did you press the red button?
For those of you who rather not mess with dromed I put a re-done mission file on my website. (see profile). Just copy it in the Thief2 dir after you installed the FM. To be able to play other FM's and keep the new mission file after getting back to it you need to put it in the mission's pack zipfile to replace the old .mis file.
P.S.
I am not the author, I just do it for service. I had to make up something.. :cheeky:

I downloaded the latest version from Komag, with the extra deluxe files and it plays nicely until I have to frob the crystals. They frob, but no monsters arrive.
I did have fun collecting all the odd fruits and oodles of arrows, could I have broken something there?
I liked this one a lot for its creativity. Did anyone else shoot at the spiders? They are nasty when annoyed.
