Hello there, I'm new to this forum and the Thief games but I really enjoy them so far. I have a question about buying things at the beginning of a level. I realize that the amount of money I have to buy things like arrows, tips, etc. is the same as the amount of loot I collected the last level (I think). Is that true? Is there any penalty to using all this money to buy stuff or will it stack for the next levels? I don't want to buy tons of stuff and then have no money for the next missions. Do you just get to use the loot from the last mission or do you have a running bank total?
If this is in the wrong section please move it or tell me and I'll do it myself. Thanks!

You only get one chance to spend your cash, it does not carry over so you might as well spend it all when you can.
