The lockpicks are always together, unless something went wrong and one somehow got deleted. :erm: On Normal and Hard,
both are in the shop, and on Expert,
it's in one of the crates in the guard barracks.The mission's now up at Thiefmissions.com, so my site shouldn't be suffering anymore. :angel:
