The only NPCs in the Hong Kong episode who actually sound Asian are unimportant characters with one or two lines ... whereas those who have any important part in the storyline are very obviously the same American voice actors who did the lines for every other character in the game. :erm:
Sounds like they skimped a little in the budget department as far as voice-actors are concerned.

maybe his apartment is there for continuity and completeness for the level, or just another place to find some loot. it wouldn't cross my mind to say "hey, if jock has an apartment, where is it?" but because it was there, it made the level more complete.
still, i wish there was something cool to do in it.

Didn't anyone figure that out?
How'd you get out of there after jumping down from above if that room thingy wasn't there? :)
