This has just turned into one of the best years ever for me. Today I received in the post an original, near new, beautiful copy of Thief Gold. I do already have a copy but it's the traditional rectangular box. This copy is the trapezoidal (hope I spelt that right) box with the paper sleeve and all original documents. I never thought that I'd get my hands on one of these because they are so incredibly rare.
I can quite happily miss Christmas now.
F**KING AWESOME!!!
I know I'm going on a bit, just ignore me.:p

Ive looked for them as well, hoping to have a copy to keep in decent condition. Where did you find it? Or is that a trade secret? :p

I bought the games in their original trapezoid boxes during this year. while I managed to find Thief dark project and thief metal age, it was very difficult to find thief gold. Still I found one a few months ago, a little tired because of time, but overall in a very good shape.
If you're patient you can manage to get one of these, but what would be VERY rare is a trapezoid box still unopened, factory sealed.

Still have my original Thief Gold and 2 boxes. Right next to my Fresspace 1 and 2 boxes.

I have Thief Gold in the original trapezoidal box. It's kind of silly looking, actually, and it takes up way more space than any computer game should. Nice box art, though. With the fold-out cover they can show a lot more of the game than they do nowadays.
