First of all, I love me some Taco Bell. It's cheap and it's oh-so-good. I really don't care if they don't have "real" beef.
Secondly, I don't know if the US's Mexican joints really serve authentic Mexican food or not, but again, it's oh-so-good so I don't really care. That being said, I would love to dig into some of those things Duckeh posted; they look absolutely delightful.
