I'm not sure exactly what you mean. Have you actually gotten into the grounds of the mansion? Have you gone into the gate to the left just after you entered? By the "big doors" do you mean the building down at the end of that area? To get through the gate to the hammerite and bowman face the gate and on your right there will be a circuit breaker on the wall at about head hight. Frob this to raise the gate.

I am playing Alliance and I don't seem to have any lockpicks. I did not find any around town, and, now that I'm about to enter the mansion, I would like to know if I should have found them.

I don't think you should have found any. I haven't played this one in awhile, but I think you find keys for the doors that need unlocking. :)

I can't find second secret in Alliance. I played this along time ago. There is a way to get into a room with robots that I can here from the hallway with alot of pictures on in it. I will keep looking but it would be nice to have a hint.

pale, I don't remember if I found both secrets or not. The only one I remember is [SPOILER]one in a hallway. There's a switch behind a plant that opens a compartment on the other side of the hallway. [/SPOILER]
