The way they combine all the endings for Deus Ex 2 is that in Deus Ex 1, JC starts the destruction of Area 51. Then, he quickly runs over to the AI place and he merges with them. He runs out of Area 51 and sees Jock's helicopter (assuming that you saved him) and the go over to the Illuminati headquarters and JC talks to him and they plan to rule the world! This must be how they combined the endings!

I would have thought that the Illuminati would have destroyed Area 51 when they found out JC had joined with Helios (I don't think he got their permission.)
Then again Helios (out for the good of mankind and all) might have realized the Area 51 (now under the control of the Illuminati) was a threat to the welfare of the people, and so JC/Helios destroyed it.
I figure that JC merged when he realized that the Illuminati were not the solution he had hoped they would be.

Why would you haveto assasinate bob page if Area 51 was going to explode anyway? Also, if you think it the way I think it, maybe bob could get rescued and thats how more nano-augmented people get made!
