This game just came onto my radar yesterday. I am a big fan of tense horror games (the kind that let your mind do most of the work). I *loved* the Cradle level of Thief 3 and gushed about Amnesia: The Dark Descent.
But this new game, coming out later this year, looks very intriguing. It's called Among the Sleep and it has a unique take on the survival horror genre: You play as a two year-old toddler. It's all about seeing the world through a child's eyes, and living in that place between awake and asleep. I like the idea for the simple fact it casts a whole new perspective (figuratively and literally) on the horror genre.

Interesting premise, but that's not a two-year-old. It's moving far too fast and intelligently.

Same could be said for Garrett himself. When a player is in the driver's seat of a FPS character, they move and react very differently than a realistic world counterpart actually could.
But yes, you are supposed to be seeing the world through the eyes of a two year old. :)

I think I saw it posted somewhere before here, but definitely deserves it's own thread. Very cool promise, not many toddler simulators out there. Now we just need a full on ToddlerRPG with skill tries and stat-boosting nappies ;)

Not to mention special attacks such as Nag and Tantrum.
