I was surprised that I wasn't surprised. Very sad and quite a waste. In spite of her addictions and mental/emotional problems, she was very talented and imo hadn't even begun to fulfill her potential.

She really did have a soulful voice. I started listening to her when I wasn't watching much tv so for a long time I didn't even know she was supposed to be some kind of punchline for substance abuse. I just really liked her sound. It's just joining the chorus, but it's sad the punchline wasn't even a joke. Sort of wish to imagine her as I did during my media blackout days... a really soulful voice that got cut off way too soon.
