The theme music of Deus Ex symbolizes the existence of humanity and it's general nature in different perioids. Each stage meaning a change of tone in the music.
1. When the music begins this symbolizes birth.
2. Next when the tone changes it will mean the rise of humanity.
3. After the "boom", comes the time of glory for humanity when people learn and master many things.
4. This will lead to ignorance, greed, selfishness and conflicts when humans strive for personal gain.
5. Eventually all this will lead to confusion and chaos, demanding much of the overall populace.
6. Humanity begins to realize their mistakes and comes the era of humility, benevolence but also downfall.
7. The end comes and whether humanity will be saved or destroyed is up to the reader to decide.
