i have been around a pretty long time,and have seen quite a few post of people who have past,i was wondering if a fan mission maker would be interested in making a graveyard/mosuleam,with those who have departed so we can always remember them,and keep open plots for when others have left us,i know it sounds weird,but this community is so filled with amazing people,i always would like a place to go and relax and chat with them about new fan missions/etc
i was thinking simple of course,maybe a entrance area with a gazebo style entrance with a few different paths to different sections,maybe place each person in area/theme of there fav faction in thief,example,hammer area,keepers/pagans,mech's
have some very mellow music maybe even have each section a different season's=spring,summer,fall,winter,i just think this is the best community even those who have departed
maybe have a nice fountain area,a small flower garden
it can be a map that is ongoing content,maybe add multi player so we can hold service's for the recently departed,like the snow fight map

Ycatx has something similar in Ruins of Originia, a section of the crypts in Mines of Margroth is named after different FM authors. But they're all still with us as far as I know

I think it's a lovely idea, downwinder. I'd like a frobbable gravestone which plays a song of my choice. Maybe something like "So long, it's been good to know you". :)

I would like to play a final Thief 2 mission with this soundtrack (
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2s0-wbXC3pQ). Searching for graves and prizes with notes written by or about all the great authors of Thief FM's and Thief of course. Making sure to keep the focus on completing the mission with all secrets and loot.
I don't know how one could add to the list as time goes forward. Maybe settle for a Thread devoted to phrases for authors and players who have passed.

thank you all for amazing comments,i am glad others like the idea as well,also we can have a section maybe for in game character's like viktoria,karras/etc
in my head i got a picture of a park setting with paths to different sections,and i also just though depending on setting can either be a daytime visit or night time,and since there are 3 possible setting maybe the extra setting can be some thing special?

This is a nice idea. I think it would be good to make a city map or possibly a large apartment complex within a city looking area. Each taffer that has passed on would have a room or building that is decorated to their taste or style and filled with things they liked or that remind us of them. This way it isn't a graveyard and we can pretend that they live on somewhere in the Thief world, but just aren't home at the moment for a visit.
