Not identical, but looks close enough to be weird, especially as construction started five years post 9/11.

Well strictly speaking there are a lots of buildings in the ground zero that are numbered after the towers as 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7.

Now the one in China is rater similar and probably built because the Illuminati needs more human sacrifices (going Deus Ex for a few minutes so excuse me the bullshit).
