"Importing" Thief 2 to Thief 3. - by massimilianogoi

I've done many efforts to provide the coolest stuffs of Thief - The Metal Age on Thief - Deadly Shadows.
In facts in the third episode the Mechanist faction were totally erased. So I though it could be nice to revive them. I added also many of the second episode's music.
Now still I am far away to complete this project, but I've already got some cool result that I can show you:
- (
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SXSNA_A8qgE) Karras's Victrolas
- (
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=14mIQ4v1678) Mechanists voices on Thief 3 (used on some hammerite characters, sorry. When I recorded that video there were yet no mechanists skins)
What do you think about?

Very thanks! :D You're so nice.
Now, I would need to know, since I still don't use dromed, how the music is assembled, because when I was ransacking in the snd.crf file, I just found the pieces of the various ambient musics, while in the game they were assembled to form the principal music themes.
So, please, explicate me how you build the music themes for dromed.

They are explained in the tutorial. TDS's music tracks are far more complex than the old ones, so with the two slots you can already make a lot of music (left aside that Thief isn't all about music, although I already had the idea of making a kind of musical FM, artsy-fartsy and everything). Plus, you can include your own music consisting of already multiple layers. No problem then.

Mmmh.. yes, but they are not personalizable like that ones of T2: from what I could understand, you can have from one to five voices depending on what area you are: a base, and some different patterns over, depending in what area you are, or something like this

this is good, breathing more life into T3.
