The objective collect what you need to destroy the vampire hiearchy won't tick off already done everything else. Have i missed something?

Great level! Really scratched me where I itch. I love cave and lost city type levels... I LOVE the idea of a massive world hidden underneath a seemingly simply house. Loved the way the end objectives worked as well with the vamps!!

Whatever happened to MysteryMan? He kind of disappeared without a trace. Just adding to the "mystery" I guess.

Replaying this mission.
Where is the key to the lockbox in the tortureroom? It should be lying in the coffin of the first lord or some other coffin, but it isn't there.
I killed the bat already, so it should be somewhere.
Please help?!

That key (named Cell Key) opens up 3 things:
1. Lockbox on east wall of torture room.
2. Lockbox on dragon house gate.
3. Timmy’s cell door inside dragon house.
However, it will not appear in the High Lord's coffin until you kill a certain creature.

What creature and where is it?

I believe it's Vlad, the High Lord. Some earlier posts may give you the answers on how to kill the vampires. They must be asleep, for one thing.

I'd have to go back and play the mission, and I'm busy with other affairs. Sorry!

My notes on "Island of Sorrow" are somewhat vague, but they say that you first have to "enhance" two torches with two special flares you found in the caves. One of these torches is placed in a coffin in a room with a hatch, the other one can be found near the end of a corridor or cave which begins behind two blue doors.
Once you did that, you should be able to use the daggers found in the caves on the bodies of the vampires. I think there were three of them in their coffins, and maybe they come to life then and have to be killed. Sometimes, a bat is created or liberated during this, and if you leave the room and close the doors behind you, the bat may attack the vampires. I doubt that it will kill them all, but it's still nice to have some help.;)
When all vampires are killed, the master vampire may turn into a werewolf which also needs to be killed. This can only be done with a special sword of a dead knight, whose grave (?) has to be opened with a pick-axe.
After all this violence, the Cell key should peacefully await your greedy hands in or on the master vampire's coffin.
