Read the scroll in the main camp area near the chest. Once you have the Dragon gate Key, proceed to Fire Lake, then you will find what you need to complete the mission.

I've stabbed the two of three vampires (the one in the middle remains). I dispatched the bat with a fire arrow. I also killed the three flaming things outside. No third dagger to be found and the cage is still locked and I can't find a key. Been all over the place but can't find anything else.

I found an extra cheeky way to skip needing the key for the spike gate I somehow managed to survive jumping over the spikes where the poor priest perished!
But then I loaded and did it the proper way like a well behaved Garrett! :p

I can't believe I missed where that dagger was. I grabbed the book but didn't realize I needed the dagger too and then forgot that I had even seen it.
