Baeuchlein challenged me to make a walkthrough for this extraordinarily difficult campaign (Thanks Mr B) so nearly 3 weeks later here it is. Hopefully I found the correct solutions for everything but due to the complex nature of the campaign it is possible that I missed a few things, but it should still get you through it.

P.S. After I had the crash I tried other missions with no problems. Also I verified the size of the patriot download and the size matches.

https://www.ttlg.com/forums/showthread.php?t=149669) 1.27d is the latest T2Fix, which is the version I used when making the walkthrough a couple of months ago, didn't experience a CTD with that version.
The CTD is due to the enormous size of this campaign and it's individual missions having so many different object no's, hopefully 1.27d should be work fine, but if you experience another crash just disable you FMdml whilst playing this campaign, which is basically what you have done by putting in the underscore.

v1.27d should not cause a crash to desktop again. The DML fix for "Heartcliff Islands", which triggered (but not necessairily caused) the crash, has been changed. And indeed, I could play through the whole campaign in December without any crash, and with a Thief 2 installation patched with T2Fix v1.27d.
v1.27c, however, most likely will cause a crash again because the "Heartcliff Islands" DML is still unchanged there. For me, the game crashed to desktop with many of the "Patriot" missions with v1.27c.

My notes say that I used rope arrows in several spots in the mission. The hospital "entry" is one of them. Unfortunately, I didn't write down where I found these arrows.

i love this series of missions,i just wish at the end the main enemy would have been the golden child :(,and omg that sub door at very end to get out of need a fixing :P
