THe music is still great, at least. I replayed it last year on Xbox and then a few levels on PC. It is what it is, and is still decent. I still hate how every enemy is a damn bullet sponge, though.

I quite liked Strife back in the day. I never found the battles boring or anything like that. But after a few missions the game just didn`t keep me interested.
Compare the game to something like Doom 2 and its just not as entertaining. I`d still go back and give it another go.

It's still a good game, but certainly hasn't aged as well as Doom. Also, I seem to remember it pretty much deteriorating to standard run and gun gameplay after a while.

That's how I ruined Iron Storm for myself, yeah. I'm kinda scared to replay Return to Castle Wolfenstein for the same reason.
On the same coin, however, I actually enjoyed the Megaman series
better.
If you've got a PSP, I recommend playing the remake of Megaman X, aka. Maverick Hunter X.

I don't have a PSP :(
But that is one of the games I intend to get when I do have a PSP.

I had a PSP, but the screen cracked.

I have a PSP but I think the battery has given up the ghost, it can't keep a charge for more than a day or so.
I can't think of many games I like to play for it either. :(

My friend just bought one a few months ago, and he keeps buying shit game after shit game. He enjoys wrestling games, lol. So, I haven't been able to try anything worth 2 shits. SH: Homecoming and Army of 2's sequel are the 'best' I've tried.

Sadly, the best game I have for it is Everybody's Golf, with Exit coming a close second. Final Fantasy Tactics is OK I suppose, Wipeout Pulse and Outrun Coast to Coast are quite decent.
Sid Meier's Pirates! is good as always but I miss the constant music stream of the PC version. Gitaroo Man Lives is actually surprisingly decent, and Justice League Heroes is tolerable.

So somehow Strife turned into a PSP discussion. Just to chime in: I've found a fair number of PSP games I enjoyed; the main ones are:
Castlevania: Dracula X Chronicles
Crisis Core: FF7 (I oddly like it more than its namesake)
Crush
Exit
Jeanne D'Arc
LocoRoco
and MegaMan Powered Up
