Hey Cavalorn, :)
I believe the switch you are searching for is beneath the Hammer picture directly to your left as you enter the Temple, you may need to crouch in order to see it clearly.
WHOOPS!! Wrong Temple (I looked back at your original question concerning the "Mechanist" Temple) and I'm assuming that the "trap" you speak of is the one in the upstairs hallway with the warning sign? If so, then you will need to figure out the musical sequence in the "Room of Angels". Once this is correct, a secret room will be revealed that's behind a bookcase in the back center area of the library. A switch in that secret room will deactivate the hallway trap.

Hi there!
Yep,I am speaking of that room which has that warning sign. Thanks for the answer, now I am a bit closer to finish the mission, but still have one problem:I haven't found the Room of Angels key?Can you tell me please where is it?:cheeky:

@ CavalornIt's been a looong time since I played this mission, so forgive me for my less than definitive answers...I was incorrect on the area where you deactivate the hallway trap. The following link will give "correct" hints as to where it is, and also as to where the key to the room of angels is.

The lever for the hallway is under the Karras painting. :p I'm trying my hardest to update both TROTB and Unknown Treasure, but I just don't have the time I use to have. :(

I'm stuck at the very beginning, I keep being killed by that Constantine without even beiung able to climb the stairs, and it scares me to death.......

LOL and for that, GORT was a true artist :ebil: It's not easy bringing to these emotions in a videogame, and this FM set is full of differents emotions..
If you killed the first Constantine cyber-clone, then you are able to exit via the left door of the laboratory, after you climb the stairs, the level finishes.
For the next level, in your inventory you should have a invisibility potion, drink it and ascend the stairs very fast, till the effect endures, after that, if I remember well, you should have another of these potions, drink it, ascend again, and you should be out of that falling building (remember being ready to jump soon, othewise you will fall with it).

*performs unholy acts of necromancy upon this thread*
I just crawled through this FM pack on Death Wish. ZylonBane was right, these missions are full of cheese. Instakilling the player without warning is about as low as you can get.
And yet, these missions are worth playing through. There are some really neat things in here, like the modern urban setting (complete with Duke3D sounds and graphics) and some very devious traps and puzzles...but unfortunately next to no hints on how to solve them. Any clues that are provided range from being vague to meaningless. With the possible exception of the last mission, It's impossible to complete any of these missions without outside help. This thread was a godsend. Someone really should write a walkthrough, or at least a short list of helpful hints.
(Make sure that said list mentions which wall to shoot by the sequoia tree. The only way I found it was to save, shoot a wall and reload 'till I got the right one. I know now that there is another way to find it, but it's just wrong when a FM requires you to abuse game mechanics to proceed.)
Overall, this is a real challenge for the veterans, everyone else play only at your own risk. This gets my vote as "hardest FM ever made". Looking forward to more of your works, Gort.

Yeah it worth, and this is as far as better than Duke3D, in my opinion.

You can see my videos above, but they concern only the second level, for the moment.
The right rocks surface to shoot, is the one with different silhouette, you can see it, if you scan properly.

In facts, the hardest level is the third: I bet you cannot discover the
way to secure the gas chamber without this thread. :p
