[SPOILER]Priest Chalizar Has the Key on his Belt. When in the Old air vents you can frob the key off his belt,when you grab the Skull key.[/SPOILER]

[SPOILER] After you collect all three of the Bell Keys, use them to open the
clock face in the Dining/Gaming Room. Climb the Bell Tower. In the Bell Tower look in the Corner to your right after getting off the ladder. Proceed down the ladder and go right into the air shaft and frob the red lever near the vent grill and a hammer banner will rise. Priest Chalizar has his room key on the left side of his belt. Frob also the Mages Skull,as you will need this for accessing the Tomb of Mage Poliuse and Mage Vondrake.[/SPOILER]

Ok I see now. The problem I'm having is locating the [SPOILER]third bell key[/SPOILER]. I've found two ok that attached to their mounts and two more that I can carry around but not use in my inventory.

How do I climb up to the bell tower? I'm in the vent, but the ladder only goes up 1 floor.
