I've been experimenting in dromed and I've been trying to make that castle type wall where you create a bunch of cubes that are "fill air" to make all the gaps in the wall and so when I go and try to portalize it, assertion failed shows up and inside the box it says: draw_surface: too many vertices. (File: PORTDRAW.C, Line:771) What's wrong with it:tsktsk:
Please help:( Has anyone else encountered this problem?

I'm assuming you're talking about crenellations on the battlements atop the wall?
Too many of those in view at once will cause this error. Are you using new dark with dromed?

Assuming you're using NewDark Dromed, make sure you've got the Grid on. Then, you'll want to highlight and snap to grid (Highlight > Snapping > Unsnapped, Highlight > Snapping > Snap to grid), and then Optimize instead of Portalizing. See if that helps get rid of them.
If you're not using NewDark (v1.19 or higher), switch to that before you do anything else.

Glad to hear it! You're beginning to learn the basics of good building. Keep the grid On and grid size set to 13 or higher and it will help avoid those from ever happening.
