When your missions are listed to go into the docks, do you enter through stonemarket? Cause im like trying to get into old quarter but that glyph gate wont open, or atleast i remember one appearing when i played it a long time ago and now its not there... is it located somewhere else?

As far as I can tell you enter through South Quarter, if that helps. Thouhg I may be wrong, I havent done that bit in a long time.

Yeah, you enter through South Quarter. Old Quarter isn't accessable yet, but when it is, you can also enter through there as well.
The glyph marking to get to the docks is down the street that the Pagan level entrance is at (the well). Just go down that street, and you'll see the big gate down because of the quarantine. To the left of the gate is the glyph. :D
