I played through the game for my first time not too long ago on the Sega CD, but I haven't gotten around to playing the Heart of the Alien part.
I bought that years and years and years ago. I used to love Out Of This World, and thought a true sequel on a CD based platform would be balls wild awesome. But like Tenkahubu and his experiences with Fade to Black (which I thought sucked based off the demo), the only thing I remember of it was the disappointment.
It's alright if you're desperate for more OOTW, I guess. But I didn't think it even came close to comparing to the original.
Also, you people are stingy cheap miserly bastards. It's 10 bucks. COMEON! :p

I'd rather spend my money on a 3D game. I am just about over side-scrollers.

I haven't followed the press for it. Is going to be another glorified mission pack for Mega Man 2?
I personally am looking forward to Sonic 4. They seem to have nailed the focus on platforming and level design which the Mega Drive games were about. Hopefully they put it on Steam too, but I'm okay with XBLA if need be.

glorified mission pack?! you shut your filthy whore mouth
(megaman 4 pisses all over every single game in the entire franchise anyway, 2 and 9 and X2 and X4 and zero 1 included)
and anyway if it's a glorified mission pack of anything it's one of megaman 5

Yeah, already grabbed the updated Another World some time back from Chahi's site.
MM10 is muy excellente. You can say it's easier than 9, but then there's hard mode.... The difficulty modes they've added here are even better this time around; they change not only the level layouts (as they did in MM9), but they also affect the bosses and how they attack. On hard, they even get new moves, which can be pretty flashy and impressive.

Music, mostly, IIRC.
