You were admin about 5 seconds after I made my last post :)
Remember, with great power...

I just finished a couple of really exhilarating games.
(http://www.chess.com/echess/game?id=72516450) This one against spyhopping, where I made a ridiculous blunder and lost my queen about 4 or so moves in and then somehow managed to claw the game back, despite a few other blunders.
Then
(http://www.chess.com/echess/game?id=72362382) this one against smallfry. Similar story, was getting my derrière served to me but somehow managed to fight back to victory from a situation which looked hopeless.
It seems like I can only win chess if it's in the style of an '80s underdog tournament film.
Really enjoyable games :)

Nothing like a good comeback. Headed towards oblivion or stalemate with hopper ATM. Epic game.

I have a tough game going with Hopper, too. I'm up a pawn but I really have no idea who stands better at this point.

Can not for the life of me beat my friend excy.
His strategy is so brutal :/
SubJeff on 10/7/2013 at 21:56
Tell him to challenge me.
faetal on 10/7/2013 at 22:06
Challenge him, he'll accept. He keeps complaining that no one will play him.

Yeah it was a really enjoyable game I had with faetal. For the first half of the game I kept coming up with some great moves and ended up winning the material war. But then when his king started looking vulnerable I was TOTALLY stumped. He had this annoying bishop completely surrounded by my pieces in the middle of the board that I couldn't seem to deal with. And I tried so hard to aggressively push toward his king but every move I took he both defended and got into an even stronger position. I did the "analyze" for the game so I'm going to study the moves that I could've made when I thought there were none.

You :p
And yes, the game against SubjEff had it all; domination, seemingly imminent defeat, comeback, redemption. A good one!

In fact, I'd enjoy it if you all just piled in on excy :)
He's become far too confident.
