I'll be playing soon, too. But, like Al_B, I've just too damned busy right now.
... which is also why I only pop in here for brief moments.

I'm playing a few at the moment (I've actually decided to train and get as good as I can be), but
(http://www.chess.com/echess/game?id=72802560) this one is really amusing me at the moment. The person I am playing is super cautious to the extent that I've been able to build a gargantuan pawn chain pointing right at his king which has already been in check.
[EDIT] And
(http://www.chess.com/echess/game?id=72675826) here, an honest-to-god checkmate which they presumably didn't see coming - I don't normally get to mate (when I win) because people ordinarily resign before that point :)

Ok, so playing against Nuth is just an exercise in futility :(

Why don't you play that badly when you play me? :(
You made 2 big mistakes.
Move 13 - unpinning the Knight to take the Pawn. Simultaneously unpinned the Knight and left the game a move in hand for Nuth since it gave you no positional advantage and also pinned your Queen to staying on the dark diagonal to protect your Bishop.
Move 15 - not seeing that taking your Queen would also put your King in check; you should have sacrificed your bishop or knight imho.
You never do this stuff with me!!!

Well, I probably got somewhat frustrated and careless with the situation, because it just seemed to me that every field in the centre of the board was blocked, and I saw no way to advance my game. Maybe I should have been more cold-blooded and patient. But Nuth really knows how to develop his game.

Damnnit hoppeeeeeeerrrr!
Always the same! Your endgame! Gaaaahhhh.

Your friend excy challenged me, faetal. I guess he wants to see how I'll do against his King's Indian Defense because he started the game with a position set up to move 5. This game should turn into a bloodbath pretty quickly. The only question is "Whose blood?"
faetal on 18/7/2013 at 23:58
Russ (excy) is a very good player - he's like playing against a computer. However, I think you'll beat him.
SubJeff on 19/7/2013 at 00:19
I've re-challenged him. He's not really a positional player is he? We soon ended up with very few pieces.

No one will fight me!
