There's a guy here I've gotten to know that wanted to play (on a physical board), so I thought why not, and he completely decimated me in no time flat. Then he asked if I was on chess.com, and we friended each other (you can see him from my page), and it turns out he's played like 700 games online! I might have been more careful if I had known what I was getting into.

Just a thought, but since the TTLG chess.com group has 13 members, should we have a small tournament, just for laughs?
Obviously Nuth wins it, but seeing who gets 2nd, 3rd etc.. would be cool.

That's odd, it says the tournament has started, but we only have 4 players. I wonder if it kicks of as soon as you have enough for 2 groups but still lets people keep joining.
Can someone else register to see what happens?

Well, before I registered to participate, it said "3 out of 4" players had registered, which I found a bit strange. It seems you have to enter the number of participants when you start the tournament, and when you didn't, the tool chose the default option.

The only options it gives are:
Group size (I take this to mean number of players per group)
Maximum players (I set this to 20)
Players per group to go forward (I chose 1)
I really hate the chess.com interface.
