Good game. My knight on e5 was just too powerful. But you're not out yet. Participants play two games each round, one with white and one with black.

All you wanted from the start was the knight on that E5. You seem to have set everything up for that. C to E5 are very powerful places to have a protected knight, imho. I prefer C or F myself.

Just to keep some commentary on the go, my game with Hopper is just settling into the stage where attacks will start. I'd say I'm on the back foot a little, as his positioning is stronger, but I'm not done for (as far as I can tell) yet.

Mopgoblin and me are on opposite sides of the globe. The time difference might make it hard to set a decent pace. 5 Moves in 3 days so far. It might take 2 months to play 2 games. :)
