I got the first chance to use en passant for aaaages in my game against PigLick.
But it wasn't the best move so... :(

God DAMN. For the first time, I felt like I was actually getting somewhere with Hopper, but tripped and fell in the end game and resigned to save tournament time.
I'm certain I only got as far as I did because he was going easy on me, so I guess round 2 will be gloves off.

A nice game against faetal just ended. First, a little skirmish, both sides castling, making nice tactical positioning moves...
...and then BLOODBATH!:D

I hear you. Same thing with me this last game against faetal. I don't think I've ever used en passant, so it would be nice to try it out...

Well Subjeff beat me - again. Knew the game was lost really about a 3rd of the way in, then it was just saving face. You would think I would know his playing style by now, the amount of games we have had:p

Look at the position after move 29. And see what happens there.
It's a very famous games. The second game between Fischer and Spassky in 1972 for the world-championship.
The first game, Fischer didn't show. And Spassky won.
The second game (this game), Fischer lost his bishop. Because he overlooked a simple combination. Very very similar to what happened to you.

Aaaaand I'm out.
Hopper demolished me in that second game. I wasn't playing very well and went for an opening I wasn't too sure of.
Still, was good fun :)

Just finished my most difficult Online Chess game, yet. I was outplayed for 17 moves before smallfry began to falter. Tough fight, smallfry!
